Part 1 November and December GK Fitness + technique:
– Development of important fitness aspects for the Goalkeeper position in according with the age like: coordination, core stability, strength, speed and flexibility.
– Introduction of the fundamental techniques, in order to refine the gk’s style and awareness of the position, facilitating the best expression of the talent.
Part 2 January to March GK technique + tactics:
– Development of the different GK techniques combined in sequences, introducing the aspect of the correct transition between the saves.
– Application of the techniques in the game situations, putting the GK in a condition of improving the decision making process by choosing the best technique to use for each situation.
