SMALL GROUP TRAINING_7 WEEKS:
– In the second stage of the indoor season we are moving our focus to the GAME SCENARIO, in order to improve the decision making process and understanding of the game. The Goalkeeper, who has already developed the technical and fitness aspect during the first stage, is now also able to read the game situation and to use the right technique in according that.
